Blood Gas Analyzer
This analyzer uses sensor technology, has a 60 second throughput, and works within the parameters of BG and COOX. It determines the values of pH, pCO2 and pO2 in the blood. Many parameters can be calculated on this analyzer, specifically: standard or actual bicarbonate, base excess of blood and of extracellular fluid, total carbon dioxide, estimated oxygen saturation, base excess in vivo or in vitro, estimated oxygen content, temperature corrected respiratory index, temperature corrected arterial-alveolar oxygen tension ratio, temperature corrected alveolar-arterial oxygen tension difference, temperature corrected pCO2, temperature corrected pH, and temperature corrected.
